In Spotlight: Level by Oxford Properties
Richmond-Adelaide Centre (RAC) is a five-building complex in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District – it also happens to be Oxford Properties headquarters. Coming soon to the complex is an exclusive wellness club dedicated to enriching the lives of the RAC community.
LEVEL’s mission is to create an inspired community of health-conscious individuals and serve as a centre for those people to connect. At LEVEL, wellness means attending to fitness of mind, body, and spirit. We emphasize mindfulness with a variety of yoga and meditation classes and balance out this energy with dynamic and engaging classes like Muay Thai and HIIT.
Matthew Bonas manages LEVEL by Oxford Properties and teaches virtual yoga classes. Matthew's passion for yoga and wellness continues to motivate and inspire others to pursue a fit and healthy lifestyle. Matthew has been immersed in yoga for over 15 years and fitness for over 20. As a teen he was encouraged by his father to stay active and participated in competitive baseball, soccer, and basketball. In his early 20s, Matthew was heavily involved in weight training and around the same time he was being encouraged to compete in bodybuilding, he was introduced to yoga. His views on health and wellness were transformed. He was motivated to explore yoga teacher training to learn more about the yogic science, including asana, meditation, yoga philosophy, and pranayama. He made two visits to India, first studying hatha yoga in Goa in 2012 and again in Rishikesh in 2016 completing his 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Today, you are invited to experience one of Matthew’s virtual classes here:
